Email, Zoom & photos
Email that is not overwhelming. FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet so you can see the grandkids. We practice the call with you until it feels ordinary.
Scam & security protection
Pop-ups that lock the screen, emails that look official, and password basics. We check the device, remove scare screens when we can, and show you what a real warning looks like.
In-home visits & remote help
Most work happens at your kitchen table. Remote sessions are available when a visit is not needed. Adult children can book and receive a recap afterward.
