Questions we hear often
- Do you come to the house?
- Yes. Most visits are in your home, at the kitchen table or wherever the computer and devices live. Remote help is available when that is easier.
- How much does a visit cost?
- We charge a clear hourly rate and tell you the likely time before we start. No surprise fees. The first visit includes a written recap of what we set up.
- Can an adult child book for a parent?
- Absolutely. Many visits are booked by a son or daughter. We can text or email you a recap after we leave so you know what was done.
- What if I feel rushed or confused?
- We slow down. You set the pace. We explain in everyday language and never talk down to you. If something is not clear, we go over it again.
- What areas do you serve?
- We are based in East Freetown and visit homes in East Freetown, Freetown, New Bedford, Fairhaven, Dartmouth, and nearby South Coast communities.
- Can you help after a scam or scary pop-up?
- Yes. Same-day or next-day visits are often available for security concerns. We will check the device, remove the scare screen when we can, and show you what to ignore next time.
